Terms & Conditions

By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, reliable, and respectful experience for both you and us.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Pickup/Drop-off Days: Standard service days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday unless otherwise shown on the schedule or included in any information delivered to customer.

  • Same-Day Cancellation Fee: A $10 fee applies to cancellations made on the same day as scheduled pickup without 24-hour notice.

  • Service Cancellation by Us: If we must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

  • Same day requests: These must be scheduled by 7 am to receive items back before 5 pm, or must be scheduled by noon to receive items back before 7 pm.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Payment is required at the time of pick-up. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during scheduling.

Laundry Handling & Liability

  • Damage Disclaimer: We are not responsible for:

    • Damage to garments

    • Lost/missing garments 

    • Shrinking of garments

    • Stains that do not come out during washing

    • Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, gum, receipts)

  • Washing & Drying Standards:

    • All clothes are washed on cold using free & clear detergent

    • All clothes are dried on medium heat using a free & clear dryer sheet

    • Clothes will not be separated by color unless discussed and agreed upon in advance

    • Any changes to this must be discussed and agreed upon in advance

  • Hanger Service:

    • If you request clothes to be hung, you must provide a separate bag filled with hangers at pickup

    • Hung clothes will be returned in a plastic garment bag, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon

Pickup & Drop-off Instructions

  • Pickup Preparation:

    • Clothes must be placed on your porch in a tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag with no rips or tears

  • Return Packaging:

    • Clothes will be returned in a clear plastic bag, unless otherwise discussed

  • Pretreatment:

    • If there are 1-5 items needing pretreatment and this upgrade is selected, please package the items needed pretreated in a grocery bag then place this in the 13-gallon bag. We want to make sure we are getting it right and pretreating the items you needed.

Inventory 

  • Customer Responsibility:

    • Please count your items before sending them to ensure you receive the correct number back

  • Our Process:

    • We will conduct an inventory check upon inspection before washing

    • However, we rely on your initial count to verify accuracy

Prohibited Items ​​​

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept any items that are contaminated with or contain:

  • Blood

  • Oil

  • Bugs (of any kind)

  • Chemicals

  • Hazardous Fluids or substances of any kind

  • Urine

  • Fecal Matter

Exceptions

 On a case-by-case basis, determined by severity and individual situation, we may accept items with accidental contamination (such as urine or fecal stains) for an additional sanitization fee. This must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

​Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe pickup conditions, improperly bagged items, or repeated violations of these terms.

​Additional Fees

  • Same-Day Cancellation Fee: $10

  • Same-Day Service Fee: $10

  • Sanitization Fee: Applied to items with accidental contamination (urine or fecal stains), determined case by case.

  • Pet Hair Fee: An additional fee may apply for items with pet hair requiring extra cleaning. This is an additional add on, if this has been discussed with customer that they need to select this fee when booking, this MUST be purchased at booking moving forward. If this fee is not paid and not selected when booking, services may be denied moving forward.

  • Upgraded Items: If requested, additional fees will be required, such as hot water, Lysol addition, scent beads, same day laundry services etc.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Card/Certificate Purchases: Gift cards/certificates may be purchased for any available service amount and do not expire.

  • Non‑Refundable: All gift card/certificate sales are final. No refunds will be issued for purchased or partially used gift cards/certificates.

  • Transferability: Gift cards or certificates may be transferred to another individual but must be presented at the time of service.

  • Redemption: Gift cards/certificates can be applied toward any standard service. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to pay additional fees unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards/certificates: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards/certificates.

Changes to Services & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, and policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly via our website or direct customer contact. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Memberships

Any memberships purchased will be billed monthly. Bill must be paid by due date, or services will be suspended until payment is received in full. If additional bags are not prepaid upon pickup (or money left with them) additional bags will not be picked up and serviced.

 

Confidentiality

This is a luxury service provided to the customer, any customers information or personal items that may have been left with the laundry (by accident) will be returned to the customer and guaranteed to be confidential. Anything found in laundry /bag before, after, or during washing will be returned in the laundry packaging with folded/hung clothes. We take our customers privacy extremely seriously.
