Service Description

Experience convenience with our porch pickup service for laundry. Simply schedule a pickup and leave your laundry on the porch for a hassle-free start to your laundry service. Servicing the following Kentucky areas - Somerset, Bronston, Burnside, Ferguson, Science Hill, and Nancy. All laundry will be washed in cold water - with Tide free and clear detergent, Downy free and clear fabric softener, and dried on medium heat with an All free and clear dryer sheet. Upgrades options will be available upon booking including scent beads, Lysol sanitizer, warm water settings, color sorting, additional bags, etc. This service includes front door pickup and drop off, place dirty laundry in a rip and tear free 13 gallon trash bag tied (not overstuffed). This is a standard size kitchen trash bag. The clothes will be brought back to you in clear bags, folded or hung up. In your booking, your preferences will be asked. If you are wanting your laundry hung up - you will need to supply a bag with hangers as well. Bedding and comforters can be placed in bags as well, they are the same price per bag. If you want to schedule a one time service, you won't select a membership, you will select "per session". The first bag of laundry is $25 , each additional bag is $20. If you are purchasing a membership for this with multiple bags, only schedule one pickup. If you need to purchase an additional bag over the allowed membership amount, there will be an add on selection. Laundry needs to be set in the designated location 30 minutes prior to pick up time. Please make sure the location (porch preferred) is noted and placed away from animals. Please view all terms and conditions for all terms of this service, including strict confidentiality.
